What Makes Us Different

Glamare was founded by stylists and makeup artists who believe that great images start before the first brush stroke—at the intersection of concept, casting, and practical production. We partner with creative directors, photographers, DOPs, producers, and talent managers to shape a visual language that fits the brief, the budget, and the schedule. Our work spans beauty, fashion, lifestyle, corporate, and entertainment, with equal comfort in editorial experimentation and commercial precision.

Technical excellence underpins our approach: we plan for lighting temperature and dynamic range; we kit for HD, 4K, and HDR; we choose textures and finishes that read correctly across sensors and skin tones. Hygiene and safety are non-negotiable: sanitized kits, disposable tools where required, allergy checks, and clear product logs are standard. We document fits, shade mixes, and hair placements for continuity across angles, retakes, and multi-day shoots.

We are fluent in the realities of production—call sheets, turnarounds, weather holds, wardrobe trucks, agency approvals. We adapt quickly, keep backups ready, and communicate in checklists, not guesswork. The result: looks that align with the brand, honor the talent, and deliver consistently to the camera.

From Brief to Wrap

Pre-production planning, hygienic kit prep, and precise on-set execution with continuity notes for every scene.

Discovery & Creative Alignment

We review the brief, brand guidelines, references, cast, locations, and lighting plan. We propose look directions with palettes, fabrics, and hair references that fit story and schedule.

Pre-Production & Fittings

We source wardrobe, arrange designer pulls, run fittings, and capture tailoring notes. We test makeup shades and hair under representative light, documenting mixes and products for continuity.

Shoot Day Execution

Call time setup, sanitation, and timed looks per talent. We coordinate with ADs for turnarounds, keep look binders open at video village, and manage touch-ups with minimal disruption.

Continuity & Changes

We adapt to scene order changes, weather, and blocking, maintaining look integrity. Quick-change protocols, backup looks, and emergency kits prevent delays.

Wrap & Deliverables

We provide continuity photos, product lists, and wardrobe returns. Upon request, we deliver post-shoot care notes for talent and a style deck for PR.

Creative Direction Support & Look Development

We translate scripts, storyboards, and mood boards into actionable, camera-ready looks. Deliverables include reference decks, palette and texture maps, wardrobe rails, and accessory matrices. We test under anticipated lighting (key, fill, backlight) to align contrast, sheen, and color.
Wardrobe Styling & Costume Curation

Editorial, commercial, e-commerce, film, TV, live events. We handle brand pulls, designer loans, rental houses, and custom builds when needed. Fittings include tailoring notes, steaming protocols, emergency fix kits, and on-set dressing. We manage continuity rails and backup sizes for weather or blocking changes.
Makeup for Beauty, Fashion & HD Video

Skin prep for longevity, buildable base for macro lenses, color theory that respects undertones across all complexions. We work with satin, matte, luminous, and glass-skin finishes depending on narrative and lighting. We log mixes and use transfer-resistant products for minimal touch-ups.
Hair Design & On-Set Maintenance

Editorial waves, sleek updos, heat-free set, men’s grooming, humidity management. We build shapes that survive movement and temperature shifts; anti-frizz and anti-humidity protocols included. Wig and hairpiece application available with secure, scalp-safe methods.
